MONTAGUE MATTERS  |  Police officers from three departments raided a home on South Prospect Street in Millers Falls yesterday evening.  Calls to the Montague Police Department and Shelburne Falls Police Barracks would only acknowledge that the officers were conducting an investigation.

UN Local Agenda 21 – The Smoking Cannon

Many more “normal” people are talking and writing about the global government these days. So many more people are actually exposing the global government’s matrix that our ACL research has been elevated from “conspiracy theory” to necessary and vital information. The Big Plan for global Utopia is finally coming out into the open, because People are asking the right questions.

I’m not talking about the movie, “The Matrix,” although it was based in the Hegelian dialectic and matrix101 links directly to our antithesis. I’m not referring to a secret plan handed out at the Bilderberg or Club of Rome, although evidence shows elite groups participated in the creation of the NWO. I’m not talking about Bible prophecy, and I’m not talking about Luciferian Enlightenment or the secret British-Masonic-Zionist plan to make a better world either, although some communitarian teachers do admit they worship at the alter of Satan.

I am talking about the published plan to build a One World Bureaucracy. It’s the blueprint for Sustainable Development handed out at the Rio Earth Summit in 1992. It does exist and it’s completely verifiable, as more and more people will now admit. They have to.

United Nations Local Agenda 21 Programme for Sustainable Development is the “smoking gun” for the New World Order. Adopted by all member nations in 1992, this is the model for redesigning a communitarian world. If you’re like a lot of people who sense something is very wrong, if you’re looking for concrete, irrefutable evidence for the New World Order in your neighborhood, nothing comes close to asking your local officials about Local Agenda 21 (LA21).

Don’t just use the Internet to find your plan, although many of our LA21 plans and their affiliate agencies are available online. Exercise your authentic power. Call or stop by your local City Hall. Meet face-to-face with your elected public officials. Ask to review all local planning actions that come under UN guidelines for Sustainable Development (SD). Ask to review any local agreements with ICCLEI.

A Homeowners’ Rebellion: Could 62 Million Homes be Foreclosure-Proof?

Ellen Brown
Web of Debt
August 20, 2010

Over 62 million mortgages are now held in the name of MERS, an electronic recording system devised by and for the convenience of the mortgage industry. A California bankruptcy court, following landmark cases in other jurisdictions, recently held that this electronic shortcut makes it impossible for banks to establish their ownership of property titles—and therefore to foreclose on mortgaged properties. The logical result could be 62 million homes that are foreclosure-proof.

Firearms and the Constitution Versus Treaties

“The only constitutional exception to the power of making treaties is that it shall not change the Constitution…” – Alexander Hamilton

“I do not conceive that power is given to the President or the Senate to dismember the empire, or alienate any great, essential right.  I do not think the whole legislative authority to have this power.”  – James Madison

“I say the same as to the opinion of those who consider the grant of treaty-making power to be boundless.  If it is, then we have no Constitution.” – Thomas Jefferson

I have the authority to do it, even if I don’t have it.

Watch the Clip Here

Millers Falls, a small village of the Town of Montague, reflects the bygone era of the paper industry. After the paper mill moved out, the village was deemed “blighted” by the municipality. Jeanne Golrick, a community member, purchased property in the downtown area with the hopes of restoring it to its’ previous luster.

It has been a slow process due to squatters on the land and bureaucratic obstacles. But finally, some progress is visible. Positive comments from the community have been received. Compliments abound. Everything has been going well until the town decided to step in to “keep the peace.”

Today I was called down to this property to document this “keeping of the peace”. I arrived to find Officer Chip Dodge and alleged building inspector David Jensen standing inside one of the buildings, talking about how the work needed to be stopped. Officer Dodge stated that he had a problem being filmed, but could not cite the law that required me to stop.

Mr. Jensen spoke of having some sort of authority to barge into the house because of a court action that he has pending with Mrs. Golrick on a different building. He clearly states that he has no action for the building he is standing in, only on the one “next door.”

Mrs. Golrick repeatedly asks Mr. Jensen to leave her property, while the officer stands there and does nothing. Both men also ignore the repeated question of who the victim is. Finally Mr. Jensen does respond by saying that a victimless crime is, “A crime no less.” I can’t approve of his solution to victimless crimes. Someone didn’t ask him for permission to repair their own property, so he hires a gun to help him trespass and threaten. I do not agree with that violent mindset.

Even if you do not believe that the coercive way of our “government” is violent (but trust me, it is), I’m sure you will not appreciate the way Mr. Jensen is showing up to this property on Fridays, the day that the Town of Montague is closed for business. The question we need to ask is if Mr. Jensen is being paid overtime to harass people, or if it is just a personal hobby of his?

But my favorite part of this interaction (if you can have a favorite part of interacting with bureaucrats) is this quote from Mr. Jensen, “I have the authority to do it, even if I don’t have it.”

That’s right – this man will just walk on to your property and claim authority whenever and wherever he feels like it. And the police will back him up. And the worst part is that you are paying him to do this to you.

If you would like your public servants to start working for the public again, let them know.

A Plea for Freedom

We are broke.

We are now at the point where a little girl with a Lemonade Stand now has to go to the State Department and file for a Permit.

On June 5th, 1933, Franklin Delano Roosevelt signed into law the Emergency Banking Act which declared America bankrupt and insolvent.  Twenty years after the 1913 Federal Reserve Act authorized a private central bank to loan money to the government at interest, the country declared its bankruptcy.  Twenty years after the Federal Reserve Act was passed, Congress enacted House Joint Resolution 192, to “Suspend the Gold Standard and Abrogate the Gold Clause” and the nation became insolvent.  Just twenty years after the Federal Reserve Act became law, gold at twenty dollars an ounce was inflated by FDR to twenty-nine dollars an ounce, confiscated with the passing of the Gold Reserve Act in 1934, and then inflated again to thirty-five dollars an ounce.

And almost a hundred years after the passing of the Federal Reserve Act, gold is at around $1200 an ounce, and the US Dollar has lost over 95% of its purchasing power.  That should tell us something.

What it tells us that it is physically impossible to eliminate the National Debt.  Impossible.  In a literal sense.  We have money backed by nothing but debt.  We have a monetary system where the government says to the private central bank, “Can we have money?” and the private central bank says, “Sure, here’s some paper that says money on it.”  We owe that money and interest back to the private central bank.  And the only way to give them that interest is to increase the money supply by borrowing more from the same Central Bank at interest. To eliminate the debt would be to eliminate our money supply.

Proof of occupation. I DO NOT CONSENT!!

Senate Passes “The ______Act of____”—No Foolin’!

Posted by Jim Harper, August 8, 2010 at 9:24 pm

What a mess the Senate has made of H.R. 1586. It’s a package of spending and revenue measures—but we’ll ignore the substance for now because they have so utterly goofed up the name.

As we noted here before, this is a “shell bill.” It was introduced as one thing (TARP taxes), became another thing (an aviation bill), and is now a batch of spending policies. (Cost: about $125 per family)

POLICE STATE – RED ALERT!! NO ONE IS SAFE IN MA!!

Detained at gunpoint, 06/30/10

This was originally posted on FreemanTimes on 06/30/10.

I was detained today, at gunpoint no less.

I stopped at a red light and took a picture of a cop on Flag Duty.  The light turned green and I drove off, observing the posted speed limit.  I took the left from Worthington to Spring to State, managing to hit each light as it turned green, and proceeded up to CVS.  I pulled into the lot, put the car into park, gathered my money and opened the door.  I take one foot out and a maroon unmarked car pulls up.  I take the other foot out and start to walk towards the store.  The cop in the passenger’s seat explodes out the door, draws his service pistol and sticks it right in my face.

“Get back in the fucking car!”  – Officer 2

I comply nervously.

“Where is the gun?!” - Officer 1.  I turn at the torso to look at him and lean out the door slightly.  “Stay the fuck in the car!  Where’s the gun?!”  He side-steps a little, he’s also holding a pistol and it’s also pointed at me.

“What gun? I don’t have a gun!”  My hands start trembling horribly.  I’ve never seen a real gun up close before and there is something a tad unnerving having one inches from your face.

“Get the fuck out of the car!”  – Officer 2 demands.  I started to exit the vehicle and I’m pulled the rest of the way out by him.  “Sit the ground.”  He pushes me over to the curb.

Officer 2 puts on a pair of rubber gloves and proceeds to ransack my car.

I declared that “I don’t consent to a search,” but Officer 2 was on a mission.

Officer 1 asks for my information.  I comply with the questions I’m asked.  Two by two 8 additional cruisers make their way to the scene, including the officer on flag duty I was originally trying to get a picture of.  He laughed it off and went on his way.  I, however, was detained.

It didn’t take long during the interview process to know that these guys knew I didn’t have a gun, it was about sending me a message.  They had read or had been told about [FreemanTimes.com].  They took issue with all the fat cop references.

“Why is it your business if an officer is wearing an XXXL uniform?”  Asked an undercover / out of uniform cop who happened to be wearing a green mesh jersy-type shirt that had a patch with it’s size, XXXL.  I doubt that was a coincidence.

Officer 2 finally finished his search of my car.  No gun.  The jerk opened two bags of returnable cans and dumped them in the front seat, knowing that when I opened the door they’d all spill out… which they did.  It was comical everything they tried intimidate me with.  They found my knife.  “This looks like it was sharpened on both sides.  Double-edged knives are illegal, you know?”  They found my checkbook.  “Hey, isn’t this joker’s name Guy Freeman?  What’s he doing with [Edward] Henry’s checks?”

All in all, I was issued a fraudulent $200 speeding ticket by an officer who showed up much later and was not one of the original two.  That officer made the claim that I was driving 50 in a 25, which is bogus in it self, but then continues to perjur  himself by checking “CLOCKED” – no officer followed me on my route; and further invalidating the ticket by claiming my vehicle was an ’87, which it is not.

See you in traffic court!

Everything Is A Lie: The Deliberate Intent To Deceive People Is At An All Time High

Marco Torres
Prevent Disease
August 10, 2010
From pollution to politics, the era of deception and duplicity has reached new heights and hijacked almost every form of media in the world. In the last frontiers for truth such as the internet, disinformation operations are in full swing to discredit and destroy any semblance of authentic and factual information available to the public.

How many more lies will people around the world accept as truth? Some say a global awakening is taking place, but at what cost? Will it take the destruction of most of the earth and its resources before people are enlightened?
